Anyone know what this is and what it's purpose is. One clip goes on the end of each pad. I'm missing the inner one on the drivers side. I'm guessing it keeps the pad centered/secure.

They're anti rattle clips. Can only get them from a Ford dealer. 2V164 is the part number. Come in sets of 4 at $20. Make them look it up in the network and see who has one locally so you don't have to buy all 4.

That's not a complete part number. Your missing the prefex and suffex.
Isn't the Baer caliper essentually a Cobra caliper with the Bear name on it? Does anyone know which year so he can look up the complete part number?
