Did you do a search and then google for McMasters yet? When you find them, you'll be looking for 94A shore hardness urethane.
I'm sure someone has filled a stock mount/roll resistor without removing the rubber first, but I don't recall how it worked out.

Worked out terribly. You need to remove the rubber. Just get poles mounts.

You can order it from Mcmaster Carr in multible shore ratings 94 being the hardest and 60 being the softest.
Part nuymbers:
60A: 8644K24
80A: 8644K11
94A: 8644K18
Some simple timps:
1) READ THE DIRECTIONS!!! If you don't mix it for the correct amount of time or screw up the ratio your mount will not cure for days if at all....
2) Don't use the mount right away, you'ld know this if you read the directions but i'll point it out anyway, waite atl east 2 days before installing.
3) Take your time, the poly won't jell up for about 25 minutes so make sure you take you time to ensure the mount is filled.
IMO it will be a total PITA to fill with the rubberinside, however i've never done it so i can't speak from experiance. I had a picture of the interior of the mounts but can't seem to find it, the cavity is rather large and you'll probbably use about 8 oz of the 1lb kit, the rest will be discarded or can be used to atempt to fill the front. If you think you're saving a ton of money doing it yourself you might want to re-considder, when all is said and done i make no profit on the roll resistors....just something to think about.
May i recoment this info be added to a stickie....not that anyone reads them anyway but hey, at least then we can yell at the right?

I've not searched, but IIRC from a long time ago, those who tried using softer urethanes (less than 94A hardness) had problems with the urethane not lasting very long in this kind of application.
