I recently put a new tranny in my 95 GL. Since then the horn and cruise control doesn't work. The fuse is fine. I think it may have been unplugged somewhere, the problem is that I don't know where to look.

Do your hazards work? The fuse for the horn is also for the Hazards, it's fuse 12, check that. Is your airbag light flashing? If it is, check it for a pattern, something like; Flash, flash, flash Pause Flash, flash and then a repeat.

I've checked all visible connections and everything seems fine. Unless i'm looking in the wrong place. What and where is the clock spring?

Yes the fuse is fine, the hazards and turn signals work. And yes, I forgot to mention that there is a flash code. it's 32, which means disconnected or high resistance.

Read my recently edited post again. Clock spring is in the steering wheel pad.

I have the steering wheel apart now. I am experienced with electronics. I just don't know anything about this contour wiring...... in that post, there was a mention of a connector at the cruise control next tothe fire wall, can somebody be able to guide me in finding it?

Read my edited post again. The autozone site has a picture of the cruise control.

I've got the clock spring out and taken apart, the ribbon was disconnect from the grey plug, and the ribbon has a few kinks in it. I can't get the ribbon back in the plug, does it pop apart?
