They are the Avon Tech M500's and after reading the test and reviews and talking with luke I decided to try them. They have a 280AA A rating and are pretty grippy from what I have read, tire wear was a gripe with some, but I don't drive the car that much to worry about that. They look great and wide . They have a 7.7 tread width which is pretty good fatty width . The 215/50-16 size gives us 16" boys another option for tires. I'll post some more feedback once they are mounted. Assuming $15/tire for mount /balance, that works out to an even $200! Not sure how much they would charge for the tires but they offer a lifetime alignment for a litte over $100. or a one time alignment for around $80.
