So, I tried to make my hotel reservations today and the woman I spoke with knows nothing of a Ford, Ford Contour, or Contour Group what-so-ever. I was unable to secure the group rate. I still booked my room with the ability to make changes before SZ if I can come up with the "correct" group name.
Anyone else have this issue? Jim, any suggestions? They want a reply from me to correct my reservation before the end of April.

I just made my reservations earlier this week, not a problem.
Was the person looking at the correct date? I think the block started on Thursday night, at least the person I spoke with mentioned finding it there, and then they proceeded to set me up for the fri-sat nights I wanted.

What number did you call? You called the direct line, correct? Try them again, letting them know that it's under "Ford Contour" and it runs from the 18-21.

I didn't do it for our room, but i assume all things went swimmingly as there were no complaints.
