I replaced the master cylinder and the car has been sitting for a while...I bled the fronts, but I imagine I need o bleed the rears too right?

Yes, it would be a good idea to bleed the whole system. Especially if the car has been sitting awhile, flush out the fluid in all the lines to get rid of any retained moisture.

There is sometimes a difference between what you HAVE to do and what you SHOULD do.
What you SHOULD do is change all the brake fluid.
What you HAVE to do is bleed only as much as necessary to get the air out of the system. When changing the master cylinder often that is nothing more than bleeding the lines where they attach to the master cylinder.

well i will bleed it all, b/c I did the fronts enough to get all the fluid out...might as well do the rears too. I also did the clutch.

speedbleeders.com, Summit, lots of other places. They're $10 per pair, IIRC.
