This plate servers 0 (ZERO) purpose without the camber plates!!!!!

And yes, you would have to get them seperately.

They are unnecessary until you have adjustable camber plates which are only used if you have lowered your car beyond about 1.25-1.5".

How long will you be offering these plates? I don't have a camber kit yet as I'm waiting for my D2 coilovers to be built and delivered. I'll then need to find out if the SPC or BAT camber kits will fit the D2 struts. If I go with the SPC kit, I'll order your upgraded plates. But it might be a while.
