Alright I am trying to decide what SPEC clutch I will be purchasing toward my 3.0L project. I want to know what you guys recommend. I am trying to decide between:

Spec Stage II
UltraRev $348
CTA Motorsports $345
Spec Stage III
UltraRev $365
CTA Motorsports $355

I will keep my 3.0L NA for awhile, but depending on what ADC comes out with I might consider going toward a turbo setup eventually.

I searched and found that many people like the quality of SPEC and also prefer the Stage I, but I also saw many good things about the Stage II, and a lot of negative things about the Kevlar. I am just a lost CEGer looking for advice, since the prices are so close! Let me know what your inputs are on these clutches.

Thanks!

Stage 3. Also, check with SVTCuervo as he usually has the best prices on Spec products

I've got only about 1k on my Stage II and I don't think its truly broken in yet. So, I can't give and true feedback. If you truly think you are going to go the t/c route I'd go stage III otherwise, I'd go Stage I

if the stage 2 is still kevlar, then don't buy it.

I've Been Running The Spec Stage Three On My N/a Hybrid 3L For About AYear And A Half Now With No Problems.
The Only Thing I've Had A Problem With Is The Typical Throwout Bearing Chatter. The Pedal

Pressure Is Stock Feeling And This Clutch Does NOT Slip. It Is A Great Feeling To Have When Cruising On The Highway And Downshifting Into Fourth Gear To Pass Slower Traffic. It Gets A Huge Thumbs Up From Me. This Clutch Can Take A Punishing!!!!!!
