SleeperZ; When I was reading your mods list in a previous post I saw you had an optimized MAF. I'm curious, what modifications can be made?

I'm keeping my stock MAF and going with a Diablo MAFia or a custom made MAF extender.

For NA, the stock MAF is just fine. An optimized throttle body helps though.

I don't have an optimized MAF, I have an optimized airbox and TB. And all that really means is dremeling out all the excess garbage, rounding corners, and knife edge-ing any edges.
There is no need to go to a larger MAF unless you plan on going FI.
Modifying the MAF in any way will mess with you A/F mixture.
