whats the right way on adjusting the timing on your car back to the normal?

timing is computer controlled you can't change it

if the physical timing is off with the belt you need to retime the engine and then reinstall the timing belt

ok then i guess my question would me how do you retime the engine if the timing is off.

Make sure you get the ford timing kit to hold the crank and line the cams up. It is worth the $23 to make sure it is right.

i didnt end up buying kit and i didnt lock nothing with no tool.
there is a wasier way to time your gears and its madd easy. ill post a picture as soon as i draw a diagram

I would say that is why yours is not running. You have to line the cams up and get it to TDC and loosen your cam sprockets to get the slack out of the belt.
