I also REALLY needed the new belt. Got rid of the squeaky noise emitted when the engine was cold.

Oh yeah, for the record:

I have experienced absolutely NO engine vibration (NVH) at all whatsoever. I read about the NVH caused by UDPs in multiple threads, and it was something that made me consider NOT installing them.

However, my car runs smooth as a baby's bottom with a few more ponies to push.

Maybe they were talking about the crank pulley causing the vibrations (NVH) and not the alt. p/s pulleys.
