hey guys
so today i decided to replace TB tentioner and TB pulleys.
took everything apart replaced the parts, put everything back together and now the car wont start.
It would turn over but will now start.
any ideas why its doing that

Take it back apart....check the timing. Sounds like yout timing is off.

quick test, go out and crank the car and put your foot on the gas, not all the way to the floor but almost. If the car starts (and runs like CRAP) or atleast trys to start then its your timing.

I agree on the timing.

Can you walk us threw how you did it.

But also double check your connections on firing order of plugs. And anything you might have had to disconnect is reconnected.

i think you guys are right about the timing.
what happened i had to take everything off
including the timing belt and the serpantine belt too
i took off the the belts both of them
then i was trying to unbolt crankshaft but it would rotate with my wranch so i stoped it and assembled it back together replacing only the tentioner and not the pulleys
thats all i did.

yeah, your timing is way off then. Your going to have to lock the cams with a locking tool, and get piston 1 at TDC. You can remove the starter and put a pry bar in the flywheel to hold the crank still when trying to take off the pully bolt. If it's a standard I think you can just put it in first and have someone hold the brakes.

What state are you in?
