Installed her today, and OMG this has to be the best mod ever, totally the best bang-for your buck mod. Car shifts SUPER quick and SUPER clean, need to grind down dome of the reverse lockout but its all good.

Only thing ive noticed: Its REALLY short going into 2nd and 4th (like 1 inch) and pretty "long" going into 1st and 3rd, i remember reading other people having this problem, something about the linkage or something

Definatly a good buy, and i got mine for only 80 bucks!

Its the fact that the stick is straight and not angled like a stock shifter is.

Good buy. Yes, I really liked mine. You can cut it down another inch for really short shifts and as long as your transaxle shift forks/synchros are in good shape it will still be a relatively low effort shift.

So what size bolts are needed for it? From my research they are: M6x1, 60mm length Socket Head screws but I've seen 50mm mentioned as well. Also, did you use the black plastic piece as your spacer or did you get an already fabbed one? I have a just the tri-ax sitting here and im all antsy in the pantsy to install it.

Yea, steeda ss are nice. i dont know if he still makes them, but "scottd60" (i think that was his sn) made some adapter plates for a group buy a while ago. I don't know if he has any currnetly, but it couldn't hurt to ask. But once it's in...ENJOY!

iirc the stock bolts are 50mm in length, with the raiser plate from the group buys you need 60mm bolts

i didnt have that problem, i just like the way the car shifts now, it feels more like a sports car rather than a sedan.
