I was just looking at the shock towers on the rear of my Tour (in the trunk). You adjust the Konis Before they go in right? If so, what setting?????????
BTW: how do I get "bold' on the subject line?

Nah, you can adjust them after they are installed. Just gotta trim the adjuster. Ill grab a pic for you in a min. of the cut.
EDIT: Basically cut around the adjuster around this line. Makes the "shaft" longer so that it can reach the shock. The problem is that the "hat" part keeps it from reaching deep enough into the hole in the top of the shock tower. Works just fine like this.
I also put hash markers every 1/4 turn so that I can keep track of how far Ive turned. Numbering them 1-4 or making different length or colors helps to keep track.

No, you can get at them from the top. Your rear shock towers dont have holes in the top? Go check again. . .

There is a hole in the middle, it's just hard to get to.

What a dumb design. I wish Koni had made metal ones or something that don't when twisting. They should made some specifically for the rear. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to do Kingpin's mod.

It aint my mod, its been done many times before me. They do make longer ones, I just dont know if they are too tall to fit or not. Also, metal or not the problem would still be present. It would just be harder to fix as the dremel makes quick work of plastic.
