Tuner lug nuts are made for wheels which an impact socket will not fit. Not sure if that includes a regular socket though. You could probably get the wheels/tires and then see when you get them if you do need them or not. Instead of wasting your money and finding out you never needed tuner lugs in the first place!

tuner lugs usually need a thin wall socket. depends on the wheel really, and how the lug holes are, depending on the design of the wheel
