I'm getting a 2003 3L out of a Taurus with 26,000 miles on it. I'm going to be using the Taurus cams, so I'll be using the Taurus timing chains.

Should I replace the timing chain?(if yes, how much?)

Will there be any clearance issues if I use the Taurus timing chain and the Contour timing chain cover?

Thanks.

...and the small pitch crank gears.
...and the 3L tensioners.
...and the 3L guides.

2.5L cover with the pulse wheel on the 2.5L mark.
