FYI....Quaife parts are in UK Pounds not Euros(Quaife is in England, they do not use the Euro). The current exchange rate is around $1 = 1.726 UK Pounds.I'm checking to try to find out the 'why' for such a large price jump.....

Todd ... you've got your numbers totally backwards . 1.73 USD equals 1 GBP . BIG difference .

Yep,
Its been pretty solid about 1.7:1 GBP:USD for over ten years. In fact, when I went there in 1996 and to Ireland, it was 1.69:1 and the Irish Punt was about 1.73:1.
In 2000 it was a bit lower but still seems to hold in that area.

It was nearly the same when I went to England in '03 . I WISH it'd been 1 USD to £1.73 ! It's really a kick in the guts when you change a whole bunch of your money for a much smaller pile of that "funny money" .

Yeah. Be careful what "coins" you throw down. We Yanks aren't used to jangling much more than quarters in our pockets, but over there that ringle-jingle can be worth quite a bit!
