Sure you got the right tps? I know autozone didn't have the right one in their computer a couple years ago when I needed to replace mine. Not sure if our cars have two fluid temp sensors but I did some work on my truck which has two and one wasn't hooked up and I had a bad idle sitiation. Once it was fixed it ran perfect.

Ford IAC and Ford TPS..

my alternator could be bad? I think its fine, how should I troubleshoot that?

o another thing, I was making a left turn in second gear while letting go of the clutch, the car seemed to have sputtered for a bit and I was like wtf untill it cought the gear like 3-5 seconds late.. I dont know what the hell it was, it was very awkward..plus today I re-did my throttle hang fix with a smaller hole which worked out perfectly and kiiiiinda fixed my idle thing, it still sometimes drops low and then jumps up..this is getting quite annoying

It was sputtering while turning? Sounds like a vacuum leak. When you're turning, the engine ups the revvs a bit to accomodate the power steering. I bet somewhere in your CAI is the problem (mine too)
