OP Eazy E New CEG\'er E Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 29 holly, MI	so im new to contours...and well fords in general...my question is when i bought the car (99 contour SE Sport V6 5 Speed) it had an aftermarket Clarion HU, it doesnt work. So i have an Alpine HU i wanna put in. But cant get the old radio out. also i checked and I have the factory AMP i have no idea if its been bypassed. any help would be appreciated. i bought this car as a daily driver and turns out its a rocket. i love it. keep up the good owrk with the site, lotta info on here. Hi how ya doin? I live in Holly, MI and im new to the contour. Ive got a 1999 contour se V6 5 Speed

Mac Chicken CEG\'er M Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 81 North Dakota USA	dude you live like 25 miles away from me, The clarion should have spots where you can stick keys in and pull the deck out, most keys should work depending on which deck they are for, pioneers works well for anything really. if you have a diff head unit the internal amp has been bypassed. If you need any help with your soon to be system let me know, I did all of my work and am very willing to help a fellow enthusiast. (1/0 guage cable all the way, batcap 400, mtx1501d, 3 infinity kappa perfects in fiberglass enclosure) I hate mcdonnalds
