i saw that on a WI plate this weekend downtown chicago. it was on a black svt with a windsheild banner and rollin' 4 deep. i was waving like crazy from a cab. i know this dude is on here.

Are you sure that's what it said because iirc WI personalized plates allow only 7 characters. I would know!  Was it IH8CHVY?
