How high up on the strut tower can these sensibly be placed?

If it can be as high as the bottom of the seat belt bulge under the rear deck then I can probably use this while my sub enclosure is in the car (everyday). Otherwise it will be a temporary use item for me on the 1-3 times a year I could take the sub enclosure out and go to the track.

Check it out for yourself, feel behind that carpet, this brace has to fit between the two towers... so if the top of the tower is 3" below the rear deck, then 3" below the rear deck is as high as the bar will go. i dont have any pics handy.

That's the problem... I can't get to my strut towers at all without disassembling the trim panel around my sub enclosure.

If I could get to them easily, I wouldn't have asked. But I figured it would be easier and faster to ask and get an answer than to take apart some of my trunk and still not know precisely whether it would work since I don't know the dimansions of the end plate and how far from the edge of the end plate the tube is mounted.

I'd imagine you'd get better performance by mounting it at the top of the towers anyways - closer to where the springs and struts mount to the body and transmit their load.

I'll probably jump on this next week once I get paid ...

Any PayPal account can receive without any charge as long as the buyer uses a bank account. I always just tell people if they are using a credit card to add an extra 3% on because that is what PayPal fees the transaction if a credit card is used. I'm ready to pay you as soon as I can get a PayPal account email to send it to.

Any idea when these will be completed?

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.
