Ok, this has been somewhat beat to death I know, but searching didn't answer this question. In the Haynes manual its has the Oil Pressure sender adjacent to the oil filter at the front of the block. If I hook my tubing up there will it read accurate? Or should I go from the head?

read from the stock oil pressure sensor loacation as everyone says that reading from the head is not accurate, although that is where my electric oil pressure quage is at the moment , that is until I relocate my oil filter

There is information in the archives that answeres this questions.

Behind the A/C compressor (where the stock oil sending unit is), is an allen head plug in the lower portion of the plug. Remove and install mechnical gauge tubing, etc. here.
