THERE WAS A BEND IN THE BADGE.

PLACING THE BADGE IN BETWEEN TWO SIMILAR SIZED PIECES OF CARDBOARD WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS.

Yes I know, Tom gave me that idea from the SVT build badges. The big problem I had was the only cardboard I had was either too thick to cut or too thin to make a difference. The bubble wrap took long enough doing 30 envelopes.
