Because 1. They won't work in an envelope. The thickness is an issue, not the weight. 2. I need to go out and buy bubble envelopes. 3. I need to buy additonal postage, all the ones that got returned had their stamps cancelled.

I should be going to get some envelopes tomorrow at Walmart or Staples. I should have them mailed tomorrow, or Wednesday. I am only going to mail the people that paid me the extra $1.50. This is the only way to do it fairly.
A few points I wanted to make:
1. I'm not making any profit on this. MAYBE $.25 on a badge at most. With the cost of the lost badges I have to personally make up, I'm probably loosing money. So please don't complain about this.
2. If don't want to pay this extra money, don't. PM me, and tell me to refund you. I'll send your $5 back. You can order your own badge, but expect to pay about $15 for one badge.
3. When you pay me the extra money, I'll send out your badge. Simple as that.
Like I said before, this is the only way to do this.

Sorry in inconsiderite, Just wondering why it wasn't thought of in the First Place!
Planning would probably to much to ask for before running a group buy.
