I just received mine today too. Rawburt- Sorry about getting the last set in stock but I couldn't resist  111R- That sucks to hear that you had such a bad experience. This is the only thing I have ordered from them, but I was able to track the item from the first day & they used UPS to deliver it. Maybe they have improved & learned from problems like yours? -Aaron
