I have yet to go see him about it but he's about an hour north of Milwaukee in my home town and can do things with a tubing bender and welding gun that will make your head spin.

Well i can talk to them as that's close to my intention (also in my 99 SVT). Mine won't be getting done untill this coming winter. I will however be going in to have just a harness bar bent up so i can tlak to them then. look them up here: http://www.braddahmermotorsports.com/

I have a 4pt cage in my Cougar.. The Speedshop in Rockford, IL fabricated mine to fit in my car and then welded the sucker firmly in ..
My buddy who works there had a 6pt cage completely custom fab'd for him as well.. the thing was sweet as hell.. I can find out where he got it done at but I think it cost almost 2k but I know that it was definately in the IL area..
You probably want a 4pt cage.. Mine is everything you mentioned minus the fact that I already had a Mirko Racing Rear Strut Bar in the car so we just worked around it.
