Would anyone care to recommend a transmission shop in the Saint Paul, Minnesota area that is generally good and competent to fix a CD4E transmission? My '97 SE has recently become unable to move under its own power -- the gears all act like Neutral, but with a very slight vibration. I had the transmission rebuilt last year, by a place that never did fix the problem I was having then, on that visit or any of the several since.

Master Transmission has always been a standup place. They have a shop in Rosemount. I've also heard good things about TSI (Transmission Shop Inc) being a pretty decent transmission shop and they are all over the place. Not sure where you are located in St. Paul, but Master Transmission is just down Hwy 3 aka Robert Street.
