How come wrong numbers are never busy?
This is not true. You can dial a wrong number and get a busy signal, you just don't know you dialed a wrong number.
Oh, and do people in Australia call the rest of the world "up over"?
No. They do not. They call us the unlucky ones.
Also, why doesn't Tarzan have a beard? I mean, he didn't have a razor, did he?
Some believe it is alopecia, however if that were the case he would be bald. Although it is not well known, the truth is he has a lot of native American blood in him.
A few other things that puzzle me are:
Why is the third hand on the watch called a second hand?
That is just the way it worked out.
Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavor, and dish washing liquid made with real lemons?
The first is to act as a preservative. The second, everyone knows rancid citrus cleans very well.
Are part-time band leaders semi-conductors?
Only behind their backs. It's derogatory.
I'll ask more when I receive your wondrous answers to these perplexing questions.
Why are you not smart enough to ask your questions in the original thread?

If this is the thread I was supposed to post in, then why did your cartoon say "let's START" a 2k6 thread? Shouldn't it have been "let's post in this thread?"

Btw: I might be in the Southern side of Dallas coming up and would love to drop in and have a burger with you, Chris and Koko (the chocolate love god that he is), maybe?

We don't "swing that way." South that is. North Dallas all the way baby!
When are you coming? We didn't have a CEG meet in 2k5 (unless you count the ones Mr. Ed had by himself)

Koko certainly is a chocolate love god! He is ours. We found him first.

or the ones that koko and I had (you were with one of them in Austin.

Of course.. that wasn't really a MEET... but still.

And, btw, if I can make the trip to the southside, I think I can swing a little further North for some Keller's.

It's good to hear you would swing our way. When will you be here? John travels a lot for work (I think he travels under the name: Fred Garvin) and we will be oot or have the relatives here for the next few weeks.
