What modification to the rear bumper do people believe would make it better suited for the tour?

I believe he is asking what he needs to do to the Andy's kit to make it better.
I'm not sure if there is anything you can do realistically. The bumper is just too squared off and doesn't really flow with the lines of the car. It's also too big and bulky looking making the car look back heavy.
IMO, I would mesh all three cutouts and run no exhaust tips coming through the cutouts.

yes, and have 2 black circles in the cut-outs from all the exhaust fumes.

or you could use your brain and point the exhaust down towards the ground behind the bumper so its not showing or shooting exhuast fumes on your bumper

A little common sense proves yet again to be a winner.
