Anyone know where I can find a good shop between LA and SD for tunning and Dyno runs?

Best bet is going to ADC in Phoenix. Everyone has said it is worth the drive as they get it done right.

ADC is the best, but if you need to stay in San Diego, the Dyno Shop in Santee is good and honest. They don't do tuning for our cars though, just dyno runs. You would still need to get a chip from ADC.

ADC has the 2.5L, 3.0L, and SVT chips for Contours, but I'm running a zetec. Thanks, I'll shot them an email and find out if the Focus chips will work with my setup.

Check around at Focaljet.

Hold on, just checked your web page 14.83 @ 109! Seems your car is tuned just fine.

14.83 @ 109 oh that, that's wrong and needs to be changed.

That time came off of a calculator someone made up, were you enter in different things and it calculates times and speeds. Doesn't take into effect enviornment, road cnditions, etc. I'd post the link, but it was a while ago and I don't remember it.

Pretty impressive. Same mph in the 1/4 mile warmonger and you have don't even have FI in your ATX ZETEC.

My running a MTX on my zetec, the only way a 4banger should be ran I think. Speedworld has a calculator, and I was pretty close to this on mine 2770lbs @ 14.83 time = ehp 168 on the wheels.

Are you saying you actually ran a 14.83? BTW 168 WHP is stock/ bolt-on mods territory for an SVT. FWIW Hector's supercharged ZETEC was at 160 WHP and ran 16.3!

No dude, those numbers I got came from that calculator I used with an estimated ideal vehicle weight of 2770lbs to get that. I have not, nor have ever taking my car to a track and raced in it yet, although I plan to.

I don't know all of the specs for Hectors car, but I know its fast. My bad, sorry for the missunderstanding playa.
