Ok I've been following a CF trunk Group Buy on SHOForum. If they can get trunks made for a 10-14 year old car why can't we? Here are the prices they paid...
For the trunk:
CF
Pick Up: $280
Shipped: $360
Colors $100 Extra
Fiberglass are $50 less
For the Spoiler:
CF
Pick Up: $195
Shipped: $235
Fiberglass $50 Less
Colors $100 Extra (this might Change)

Doesn't seem like bad prices. It looks like the manf. is near Anaheim, CA so someone would need to get a pre98 trunk with lip spoiler over to them. Anyone willing in CA willing to help? At least get them a pre98 trunk? Need 4-6 people to start and pay half. BTW these have FG on the bottomside so they are not completely CF. It took them 3 months from start to finish for the first guy to get his trunk. Not YEARS!

HOLY NICE.
If they can do a post-98 trunk with a refliector-delete and a license plate pocket, or a pre-98 lid with molded plate pocket and lip spoiler for that kind of price i'ld be down. I'ld most likely take fiberglass.

Yes, here is a cowl hood they did for the SHO too. Color would be flippin' sweet on a Silfro SVT.

Todd, is it half of the production set-up or half of the trunk cost? Either way, you have any idea what it would be?

Maybe something like the cf1 cowl hood but without the damn bird bath and a functional cowl

My only concern at this point is fitment. If fitment is anything like some of the CF1 stuff i've seen i want nothing to do with it. Quality product, and i'm in for sure.
