OP Z Contour Tuner Newbie Z Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 8	I've seen that some are using headers on they're Contours but I can't find any specific to the Contour Zetec.What can be used and what mods are needed to fit them? What Focus parts can be used and are mods needed to use them?

That said 1)No spicific headers for Contour....say "D-Oh" I used a set for the Ford ZX2 Escort. No 'Cat', so I had to fabricate the 'Downpipe'- the pipe that goes from the Header collector to the exhaust system. Crawl under your car and LOOK at the routing of it. I used 2.5 in. steel pipe from a muffler shop and a couple of 45* MANDREL bent pieces. Mandrel bent because muffler shop bends are crush bends, causing the pipe diameter to be reduced. Sort of the opposite of what you are trying to do! After 4 different people welded on it, I filed the welds and had it Ceramic coated.
