I can't wait to get in! We close on 11/21 and move in on 11/25 & 11/26. I can't wait! Finally a garage of my own that's big enough to actually get my car in!

Sweet, new contstruction none the less  Unfinished landscaping, what do you have in mind? Low-watering type desert deal? I'm guessing an unfinished basement as well. Let me know if you need any hardwood flooring (raw or pre-finished), I can get it for you at wholesale. I might even be able to get any other wood for your finish carpentry needs as well.

Thinking of hydroseeding the lawn in the spring, fencing, the usual kind of stuff.
Yup, unfinished basement. I'll definitely keep you in mind when we do flooring. :ccol: We want to redo the vinyl stuff to some kind of wood in the kitchen. But, probably not 'til '07.

Who's "we" ??? You married? Girlfriend? Dog?  Either way, congrats on the new house! You staying in Bountiful? Daymon - when Ashley and I get hitched (in Sept '06) and eventually buy something...we'll look you up for our flooring needs, too.

Nice looking house ! Nothing like owning a home. I really like my house, all 3 garage spaces full of toys ! and 1 outside, I told Jess I needed a 4 car ! lol Have fun moving. -B.

I can get the tile/granite/marble as well, my family just happens to own a shop that does all of that. So, about a meet, maybe around 11/26?

Girlfriend, not married yet. I haven't even asked. But, I know I'll get a "yes" when I do. We are talking about taking the plunge in May.
The house thing came up 'cause our rent was going up if we renewed our lease, and it's just not worth paying rent any more. So we started looking and within in a week we found this and made the offer.
