If I had the last $500 right now, I'd call them myself but I don't want to ruin a good thing for me at the moment. And by that I mean I took that money and invested it in my business for the time being.

BBOX [neco] gave them a call again last week, his response was another 2-3 weeks.
My patience is not going to last long if we are going to be getting the perpetual 2 week treatment.

Hmm. Didn't they want $500 down when we ordered over the phone? Maybe I'm dreaming of something else. I'll have to look at my MC bill again.

There was a $500 deposit before production started, and then the other $500 is to be paid at delivery.

Okay. I reported earlier that I noticed two $500 charges on my MC towards the end of February so as long as I didn't get charged when I ordered last year, I should be okay. I won't know until I get home and check my billing statements though.
