Saw someone in a black CSVT with aftermarket rims (17s, at least) stuck in traffic heading west on Rt. 50 going into Fairfax yesterday about 5:45PM or so. Might have been a black guy, maybe Arab...he was looking at my SE at the same time, but I didn't have the chance to do anything but nod. And then I saw a silver SVT crossing Rt. 7 in the 7 Corners area about 15 minutes later. Whee.
