Are you saying you bought your Contour with the sticker already on the back? Or did you see another Contour with this sticker? If you bought it that way, it's probably not a club, as I would imagagine most club members would remove the sticker so that it doesn't appear that they are still the owner of that vehicle, or that you would now be a part of their club.
