I've been running this setup on my 98 contour GL 2.0 for about 8 months. The stock belt (though was old) was too lose, the Bando belt that came with the AEM pully fit but was very tight. Now it's starting to squeak (must of wore out fast because of how tight it is)wondering if anyone has this setup and what belt number they using. Mine is a 6pk2145 which cross over to gates k060845.

Went to autozone, asked the guy if we could figure out how many size from the old to the new (got a strange look). Seeing it has a goodyear number 060845 in the aem kit. The one my zetec uses stock is a 060858, 2 between them, 060850 and 060855. I went with 060850 Which seems to fit fine.

I believe I used gates k060845 for my Esslinger's crank, but I am not sure; u gotta ask LocoZ - who back then provided me with the part #.

When I ordered the aem alt. pully it came with the 060845 which is also goodyear's belt number. It had cross numbers on the box. I also ordered the unorthodox racing crank pully. With that combo the 060845 was so tight, that the tensioner stayed in it's fully up position. The 060850 fit much better.
