Apparently you have a hard time reading. X is running 20's on stock struts w/ B&G springs. You don't have to cut off the spring perches

alright, everytime i read about anything above an 18" wheel and tire it would say that you need coilovers or you'll rub the perches, my bad.

Alex, didn't you rub with your 18's and Koni's?  ...Maybe that was just the fenders, though.

Guys guys guys! Either all these statements seem ignorant, or I have been hanging around X for too long! You guys are forgetting that offset is one of the most important factors for determining if a wheel & tire combo will rub or not! X used to rub with his old 18's because they were +40mm offset. He does not rub with his 20's because they are +38mm offset, which seems to be the optimum offset for these cars as long as you are using a 7-7.5" wide wheel.
Specs for his setup once again:
Springs: B & G Autobahn
Struts: Stock SVT
Wheels: 20"x7.5" Offset: +38mm

Damn, Car girls are HAWT!   I know offset is the key, shoot, I rub a TAD with my 17" BBS's in the inside fener wheel well. Mine are a +45 offset, though. So, when does X plan on selling them beasts?!
