Hey guys where can I get a 2.5 fast and resonable locally?? I live in Crystal MN. I need to get a motor soon to get my car running again as I blew mine apart racing it.

As fast as I can get it running I was hoping before snow fall. I need my car back. I moved to Crystal about 3 weeks ago now.

do you need the entire engine or just a portion of it?? I have a full complete 2.5 engine in my garage that I was going to part out shortly..

I bought a CSVT w/a spun bearing for 1300.00 and next week we are pulling the engine and rebuilding it on the spot.. I believe we are going to steal the lower area off the 2.5 and mate it with the rest of the 2.5svt engine though.

I also have a 3L sitting waiting to go into my 99 Cougar.. once thats swapped thats another 2.5L sittin on my garage floor.

I sent my 95 parts car to A+ auto salvage in Gilbert MN. They should have most everything on it except for the injectors, fuel presure regulator and intake manifold....I have the manifold and injectors. It is a 5 speed as well, so you could go there and get a tranny while you are at it.
