Hey Guys,

Last year I installed brand new e-brake cables on my car. However they do not hold well when engaged. I have to pull my handle almost all the way up and even then I can hear some screeching. It's almost as if the cables are too long and they're not engaging the rear calipers properly. Does anyone know if I can make any adjustments at the calipers or where the cables meet the body at the front? Thanks.

Bart

I can't recall exactly if there is an adjustment available where the front cable meets the rears. Have you checked on the pads? If they are worn you'll have to pull the handle a little further.
