My mother just called me and told me one of my good friends Joe Sndavall, a mechanic in Seguin died today. Apparantly he somehow flipped his International Scout and it landed on top of him. This guy was not stupid or reckless, he didn't do supid things like kids. He was wearing a lap belt, but it didn't help much...I don't know how to take this kinda thing. The last person who died that was close to me was my Grandma, some 12-or-so years ago. What do I do? I can't even imagine he's gone...Anyway, just had to tell someone. His wife Diana is all alone now...

I so sorry you lost a friend. It is hard and will be hard for a long time. Remember good times and don't avoid his wife. She needs people around her that knew and respected her husband. Not just for the next few days, but for a long time.

Suck it Trebek! And by Trebek I mean Seaegee!

I, too, am sorry for your loss! : (

The "Jokerlope" is right, his wife will need people around her, she needs to know that she has people she can count on to help out and be there for her. Talking with her and even lending a hand with some houshold things will mean more to her than you'll ever know.

My thoughts and prayers to your friend's family and you!

Yeah, Joe worked on my car too. He was a real good guy. I don't know what Diana is going to do without him. I mean he was EVERYTHING to her... I still can't believe something like this happened to him.
