the first was a silver SVT on 395 near the pentagon, i was getting off at washingoton blvd to go to blocktoberfest and the other was in arlington, but it was just a stock black SVT with E1 rims. the silver one looked kinda sharp and very clean.

this was on saturday around 400 i suppose. i was on my way to the show in arlington. thats not the one i saw though (in the previous post) i don't remember black rims, the plates were VA and said "TOWNE"
