is there a link of how to remove this part. Also can this be cleaned? and does it stick

Can't really be cleaned. Have to basically do a timing belt change to do this in addition to removing the camshaft itself. Dealer will charge about $400 for labor and another $400 for the vct solenoid itself.

What are you trying to do with it? Is your car not running properly? The only way to access it is to remove the timing belt. There shouldn't be any issue with a degreasing if that is what your after.
