Just Looking For Some Input Here Guys. I'm Having The Frame On The Tour Pulled Straight And The Gentleman Quoted Me Around 650.00 Dollars For The Work. I Hit A Wall On The Right Front Of The Car At Around 50 MPH..Does This Sound Like A Reasonable Quote For Frame Work...He Hit Me At 13 Hours Of Labor. Sound Decent??

Having family in "the business" for some 20+ years, I can say this:
Prices I have seen range from $100 a pull (however many it takes) to about $800 a job. 10-14 hours of labor.
It seems on the SLIGHT high side, but not outrageous. Worth it, if they can do a good job.

Then don't do it... If you don't like it, don't do it.
Apparently, PH types like that, and has taken WAY too much ribbing on his typing style. I think its gone far enough, personally, and would like to see it stop.
Otherwise, thanks for the extra tip and shop info.
