Mine broke off, and ended up dragging it at 45-50 Mph home for 5 miles, its really beat up And yes, it helps direct air flow though the Radiator So that isn't there just to piss you off

looks like the thing aint even attached right, surprised it doesnt get ripped right off from the wind.

I think I may have found it on the for parts website..I believe they have it as the Lower Splash Shield ...? is this right?

Nope.
SVT has a different shield than others because of the lower bumper. There's even a SVT sticker on it.
Anything with a SVT sticker is SVT specific.
