My car doesnt have this and I want it cause I hafta put in my CC CAI. ANyone know the part#?

I think Ford calls it an "engine air seal". That's what the Dealer called it when I bought one for my '99 Contour.

May also be called a "lower filler", but double check...

Be prepared to shell out some money.. I just bought one about a year ago at employee cost and it was I think $60.00-$80.00. Be prepared to spend well over that!!

Got mine for about $86, IIRC...

Actually I believe it is there to help direct air flow up into the radiator. The Taurus has one of these.

I need one badly, it'll help my overheating problem along with sealing that particular area up for the CAI

the lower radiator shield is intended to create a low pressure zone above it, further aiding in getting air through the radiator. Replacing it will significantly reduce operating temperatures.
