what tire size would be ideal for it? 205/40/17, 215/45/17, 225/45/17?? I plan on gettin michelin pilot sports as tires

Nice tread on that Michelin Goonzy. For size definitely 215/45/17 and nothing smaller than that. You may go 225/45/17 as Mark did in the picture I previously posted of his car, but here is more elaborative ones of the bigger footprint and sidewall:

Dude, those tires are LUDICROUSLY expesnive. If these are gonna be summer-only wheels then get a good (and cheaper) summer only tire! I would recommend the Falken Ziex 212's or the Dunlop Super Sport Races that Mark (Y2KSVT) has on the same wheels. They are a decent price and stick the the road like baby-sh!t does to a blanket!

unfortunately the dunlop super sport race tires that mark has have been discontinuned. No clue why?! They just came out not to long ago! I was wanting to get a set but i realized the tirerack doesnt even stock that tire in a 17" size anymore.
However, you might try here:

They list them, but i would call before you place an order to make sure they actually stock them.
