OP zetec, md/do CEG\'er Z Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 202	I'm looking to do an exhaust on my zetec. I know that 2.25" is optimal but what should stay and what should I put it to make it sound good. What do you people think about a Flowmaster 60 series which is for 4 bangers? 1998 Silver Frost LX C-27 Kit, 19x7.5 42 offset Gunmetal rims, 20% tint, engine mods to come shortly... Remove the resonator and go with either 2.25" (no plans for an exhaust header) or 2.5" (do plan to do a header). Get a larger flex-pipe as well. SleeperZ Hard-core CEG'er S Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 2,483 near Tacoma, WA	What ever size exhaust you go with, get the same size flex-pipe. Mine is off a V6 Dodge (Stratus or Avenger or ??) its 2.25". If you go to an exhasut shop and have a custom bent exhaust they'll ask if you want a resonator, just tell them no. As for the muffler, I forget which one I have. Just make sure its highflow.
