19"x9.0" Millie Miglia F20's with tires... if so, what size tires could I get away with assuming my BAT set up?
Am I safer sticking with the 18"x8.0"?

Right off the bat, NO. That 9.0" rim width would need a +50mm offset and widebody fender  .

As long as it is a +45mm offset, yes.
