Close it's the pad area in mm^2 Kinda self-explanatory - the area swept by the pad Now calculating that area will be fun considering the shape of the pad, but you could apprximate it to a portion of a disc. 2000 SVT Turbo 295hp/269ftlb@12psi #1 for Bendix Brakes Kits!
